Frat House

This project reimagines an earlier studio design, transforming it into a frat house through renderings that breathe life into the space. I leaned into the tension between realism and fantasy by pairing lived-in atmospheres with deliberately unrealistic materials and textures. Each render takes on its own character, defined by a distinct material palette and mood. By zooming into key moments, I highlight the details that give the project personality, allowing those fragments to stand in the spotlight as much as the whole.
